On December 2nd, TesLA quarterly meeting was held over webex.

A summary of the proceedings is included below:

TesLA Attendees:

  • CAB: Verizon, HP

Presentation (pdf file)

Agenda:
  • Introduction
  • TesLA Marketing committee update
  • TesLA Standards committee update
  • TesLA Compliance committee update
  • 2010 roadmap and round table
Other notes:

Keith Kidd (CAB chair) briefly introduced Network Test Automation Forum (NTAF) and its plans to the TesLA members. It was indicated that NTAF is in formative stages and TesLA will continue and coexist with NTAF for now. At some-point in the future, when NTAF is further along, TesLA standards will be proposed to NTAF for adoption. We do not have all the details on this but the plan will be along those lines.

One of the immediate next steps was a follow-up meeting of the members to discuss timelines and commitments towards starting to implement TesLA compliance for their products in the year 2010.
